Comdata Group signs a partnership agreement with Israeli technology company TechSee Augmented Vision to bring remote visual technical support services to its clients globally.
Milan, November 2017 – Comdata Group, leader in customer operations management, announces a global partnership agreement with Israeli tech innovator TechSee, to jointly bring the remote visual support revolution to the markets in which it operates across Europe, LatAm, and the Middle East. TechSee’s Augmented Vision Platform software allows tech support agents to resolve technical issues of customers by utilizing highly secure remote visual interaction capabilities, using the customer’s smartphone sensors, artificial intelligence and augmented reality. Comdata Group has built a complete outsourced service proposition which can greatly enhance the customer experience, and which can reduce the amount of support calls which require sending technicians or assessors to the customer home. Comdata Group has also invested capital and will become a minority shareholder in TechSee Augmented Vision.
Comdata Group has already begun offering this distinctive service to the Italian telecommunications and media sectors, and will later be offering remote diagnostic and technical support services to electronic device manufacturers, appliance manufacturers, and also to insurance companies, globally.
